Myself and my 9 and 7 year old boys always receive great haircuts and excellent service. All of the staff are great

I like this store, I was a little disappointed today when trying to check in on line, and it kept saying to call the store. So I called the store, and told whoever answered the phone that I couldn’t check in, her response was I literally just checked someone in and they had no trouble. I asked if they could take my name and I was told to try again. I did go down to the store, and as I was waiting someone else came in and said they were having trouble but they had taken their name. So I ended waiting a little longer. Hopefully this was just an isolated issue
